• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and marketing of events for the entire student body: Multiple intramural sports, air-bands, coffee houses, open-mic nights, talent shows, and mid-year and year-end formal galas.• Promoted and advertised events through social media, design of flyers and posters, and creative marketing.• Acted as a guest speaker to promote at partnering events and sport events.• Spoke at mid-year and year-end formal nights.• Recruited and supervised a team of volunteers for the academic year.• Collaborated with other departments in order to successfully schedule multiple events and programs.

• Working alongside suppliers to inventory and order equipment for camp events.• Manage staff database to ensure all activities had proper supervision and the appropriate certified leaders.• Over the phone scheduling for off site events• Greeting and communicating with parents prior to, and on arrival• Lead the daily staff meeting• Participated in weekly evaluation meetings with Camp Director.
