DeVon Snell is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in mortgage lending, banking, and real estate. During this time, he honed his customer service and sales skills, helping customers navigate a wide range of financial products and services. He was also a training and development coach for new hires, helping them acclimate to the working environment and culture.In 2012, DeVon joined Navy Federal Credit Union, where he worked as a Mortgage Servicing representative for six years. During his tenure, he gained advanced knowledge of mortgage-related products, laws, and responsibilities, and excelled at resolving complex member inquiries with accuracy. He also received several accolades, including an exceeds expectations PAR in 2014 and 2016 and was a volunteer representative for Navy Federal Credit Union in the community as a mentor for the Escambia County School District in 2015.In 2019, DeVon made the transition to real estate, joining ERA Legacy Realty as a Realtor Associate. He recently joined the team with Levin Rinke Realty in March of 2023.
