Represent recording artists, producers, songwriters, managers, independent record labels, film producers, and actors in negotiating a broad array of entertainment and commercial transactions, including but not limited to, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, recording agreements, production agreements, talent agreements, co-publishing agreements, administration agreements, and sponsorship agreements.

Represented social media influencers, artists and independent record labels in a broad array of commercial transactions, while also providing of-counsel services to businesses primarily in the technology and entertainment industries, including by drafting/negotiating commercial agreements, negotiating leases, advising on corporate governance issues, analyzing risks and resolving disputes. As part of my practice, I also managed the intellectual property portfolios for companies operating globally by securing and enforcing trademarks, including representation in TTAB disputes, obtaining copyright protection and enforcing the same, and drafting both provisional and non-provisional patent applications.

Served as general counsel to emerging and developed companies across a number of corporate and transactional matters, including but not limited to, entity structuring, early stage financing, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance. One major client included a ride share provider for whom I helped launch and manage rental systems across the US by negotiating city partnerships, leases, sponsorship agreements, and exclusive distribution agreements.

Learned the inner workings of the entertainment business across the music, film, television, and fashion industries while serving as the executive assistant to the manager of a superstar artist.

Fortune 500 construction company where I reviewed, drafted and negotiated agreements in the construction infrastructure & telecommunication industries, including power purchase agreements and EPC contracts, MSAs, commercial leases and various IT related agreements. I first began working as a law clerk at MasTec at the end of the 1L year and continued there after graduation as a staff attorney before becoming of-counsel.
