Information Technology Services Manager
CurrentSupervisory Responsibilities:•Train and develop full-time & intern IT staff.Duties/Responsibilities:•Oversees and maintains optimal function of the IT systems and infrastructure, to include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, hardware, and cloud systems.•Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for all IT users.•Ensures IT Help Desk functions to meet established Service Level Agreements.•Continually improves help desk software function using Microsoft Flow and Java coding.•Documents all IT changes and posts changes to central IT library.•Modifies existing API connections and creates new API connections to optimize function and cost.•Collaborates with IT Director, home office leadership and key staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; research, develop and implements approved solutions.•Manages access, authorization, personalization, and system operations and settings for IT users.•Serves as a secondary administrator for network and firewall configuration management and design.•Consults, gathers, and documents requirements for software and hardware functions, examples include data automation, filters, macros, and reports.•Compiles or assists with the gathering of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior leaders and home office staff.•Serves as representative of the IT Director and liaison between HCI and technology vendors, information service providers, and other stakeholders for IT system design and implementation projects.•Audits system compliance with data security, IT policy, and privacy requirements.•Maintains knowledge of trends and developments pertaining to IT providers, vendors, and technology.•Performs duties assigned by the IT Director as required.
