I am a highly organized and driven, critical thinker committed to furthering my education and experience in personal injury and applicants’ side workers’ compensation law. In my current role, I provide timely medical and AME/QME scheduling. I draft and e-file PTCS and petitions with an eye for detail and accurate case summarization and investigation. In addition, I manage personal injury cases from intake to prelitigation and have some experience assisting post-litigation. I also review and rate SIBTF cases and draft demands with compelling medical evidence and arguments. As a soon-to-be graduate from California Baptist University with my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on political science, history, and business, I look forward to applying to law school in 2024.
