Lead the administration of the HRIS platform (UKG) for the employees' life cycle, including self-service, employee changes, salary increases, changes, transfers, promotions, new hires, and terminations in line with payroll deadlinesAssist with periodic updates of HRIS information required in maintaining existing modules and maintain other systems/ programs.
