Created an online network to support a provincial network/community of mentorship leaders, facilitate eMentoring, specifically for teachers in remote communities, and build an active hub through which BC teachers can post and access mentoring resources, information, and authentic documentation of mentoring work. www.mentoringbc.ca

Designed and implemented an alternative interdisciplinary cohort program targeted at at-risk grade 9 students struggling due to learning gaps, inadequate literacy and/or numeracy skills and motivation. Focus on self-regulation, collaboration/team work, citizenship and community interaction. Worked closely with a Youth & Family Counselor and Integration Support teacher. Co-designed and implemented an alternative interdisciplinary looping cohort program targeted at grade 9 and 10 21st century learners, focusing on “assessment for and as” learning strategies, personalized learning and digital literacy as well as community involvement and restitution practices. Personalized learning through Universal Design for Learning approach. Blended learning using Wordpress, Blackboard and Moodle.
