Recruiting: Manage the sourcing of thousands of applicants throughout Ontario from universitiy and college students. Applicants progress through first and second-round interviews in order to be selected to run a business within our program.Training: Training owner/operators in Business Management, Sales, Marketing & Lead Generation, Estimating, Recruiting strategies & Interviewing tactics, Cost Control and Time ManagementPerformance Coach: Weekly and yearly goal setting with owner/operators, coaching them on activities that will aid them in achieving their goals (revenue/profitability), holding them accountable to their commitments, keeping them informed of upcoming events and involved with the company. Solely responsible for coaching and developing 15-20 business owners for the year while helping to develop their skills in recruiting, sales, marketing, hiring, management and more.Consulting: Providing constant support and guidance for each owner/operator in every area of their business based on past experiences and Student Works Painting's operating systems.Results: Responsible for over $11 million dollars sold and produced throughout Ontario.
