I've had the opportunity to lead large-scale organizational initiatives which required strong change management, relationship building, and influence skills. Throughout these experiences, I've pursued my passion of helping global leaders and teams continue to learn and become more effective. I pride myself on listening carefully to customer's needs in order to find solutions that help them (and the business) perform at higher levels.
