Led the Org Effectiveness & Analytics practice area within the Global Org & Talent COE. Also served as the lead HR Business Partner for Whirlpool's Global Strategic Sourcing function. Member of the Global HR Leadership Team.

Led the Global Talent Acquisition COE, focused on developing the right Talent Acquisition strategy, process, and technology to enable our business to hire great talent. Also led the Global Inclusion & Diversity COE, focused on the global strategy for creating an inclusive workplace and diverse workforce across all regions and functions.

Sr. Director, Global Talent Management

In my role as Director of Global Talent and Diversity, I led a small team which had responsibility for diversity and inclusion, performance management, leadership assessment and coaching, succession and talent planning, employee engagement, HR metrics and analytics, change management, and strategic workforce planning.

As Director of Global Talent at McDonald's, I designed, implemented, and provided ongoing support for McDonald's global talent management frameworks including performance management, talent assessments, and strategic workforce planning. I also provided expertise and consulting on a number of leadership development offerings including McDonald's customized 360 surveys, other assessment instruments, and executive coaching.

As Manager of Global Talent at McDonald's, I had the opportunity to lead several global projects. Most notably, I led an initiative to enhance the way that we assess leaders' potential to advance within our global business. Through a rigorous change management effort, we launched a new model, support tools, and education to help our business leaders more rigorously and consistently evaluate leaders against clear, research-based criteria. Additionally, I helped create a detailed leadership "Success Profile" for a pivotal role in McDonald's Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) business. Also, I was lucky to have the chance to complete a short-term international assignment in Hong Kong. During the 4 month assignment, I led an organizational design project for a critical function in McDonald's APMEA business.

Provided specialized consulting services including in-depth individual assessment (for selection and promotion decisions), design of customized assessment centers, executive coaching, and leadership development training.

Provided consultative marketing services to Fortune 500 clients in the CPG industry. Designed research materials, developed projected sales forecasts, interpreted study results, maintained client relationships, and composed final client presentations.
