Devon is a current student at The University of Tampa studying Business Finance with a leadership minor. In the past Devon has volunteered her time and efforts to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) raising funds for cancer research, patients, and their families. In 2019 Devon raised over $63,000 in seven weeks with the help of her team earning her the title of Student of the Year. The networking and human interaction involved in this competition gave Devon the desire to not only further a future career in business but continue an inspiration to be the change one wishes to see in the world. At The University of Tampa, Devon is studying Business Finance with the intent of becoming a Financial Advisor. In addition, Devon is working on a leadership minor through The University of Tampa's President's Leadership Fellows program. Through this program members of each cohort "expand and refine their capacity to lead in a global society through participation in a four-year scholarship program".
