I update the clients on the status of the work orders. I schedule appointments for service (to the windows) with the occupants or homeowners. I send quotes if services are requested and the homeowner/occupant is out of the warranty period to the client; and sometimes the homeowners/occupants themselves. And I provide warranty information on the Windows.
