My work history continues to evolve and advance. Just recently, as my work with Homestead Road progressed, we identified an opportunity to help even more people FEEL THE JOY OF SELLING YOUR HOME STRESS-FREE. Sometimes our processes may have a better fit for a homeowner to sell on a retail level. We can provide services like handyman, trash out, cleaning and more that others just don't have access to. Just helping people get their home ready for the task of selling their home in the retail world. That's where I come in. I can leverage my extensive years of varied management and real estate experience along with the power of the brand and skills of Homestead Road and help even more customers. Imagine the possibilities! From 2020 to 2023 my skills were honed and on full display as one of the top Salesman at my former national builder. Along with several annual awards, there were numerous monthly sales wins and well as kudos from my now past clients and colleagues. Corporate life, traveling and successful team building have also been part of my history. I worked at Target Corporation for 21 years; working my way up from part time cashier to managing a corporate workforce of over 70 people. This makes me unique to any new adventure and opportunity that can come my way. My real estate experience is extensive with skills working with buyers, sellers, investors, relocations as well as new construction. I consider myself a flexible, patient yet strong professional individual with a Bachelor of Science focused in Business Administration from Iowa State University - College of Business.Outside of those professions, I have managed and coached boys and girls in football, basketball, softball and baseball. I have participated in Planning and Zoning commissions as well as Park Board commissions helping a city grow. Just being involved is in my blood and continues to help me progress every day.
