Florida Atlantic University alumni with a Bachelor's of Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership & Applied Management graduated in May 2019. In August 2022 I achieved my Entry Certificate in Business Analysis after months of online courses and self study. Am currently seeking a business analysis position with a company that's values align to my own. You will find in the details that follow that my skills, education and ambition would provide value to any company that gives me the chance.In my short time working as a Delivery Driver for the Davis School District, I noticed that the delivery routes weren’t near as efficient as they could be. I proposed a new route system to management that had each driver delivering to schools in much closer vicinity to each other. When this new system was implemented, we were able to guarantee all deliveries before the lunch hour and the custodians and lunch ladies were so grateful for this that some even wrote thank you emails to us. After that my next job was at Kiki’s Asian Bistro who was seeing a decline in business the last couple years. I had the idea to stay open until 2 AM on the weekends to capture an untapped market in our area. Ever since gaining new customers every day! I began my post college career at Hertz, where I was able to quickly utilize my Business Management knowledge I had worked hard to acquire. After only a week of training, I was running the branch by myself during a global pandemic that shut down most of our branches and forced our company to file bankruptcy to make it through. With nobody traveling due to a quarantine mandate, I leveraged some connections I made with local dealerships and bodyshops to keep my branch profitable and most importantly open!My technical skills include advanced knowledge of MS Office, Hubspot CRM tool, Trello/Microsoft Planner, Zoom/Teams business level and much more. I have basic SQL and Tableau skills and am working to expand my skill set to all the necessary Business Intelligence interfaces. WIth my ECBA certification I am familiar with the core concepts of business analysis and the primary techniques used. I have accrued many skills and qualities that would make me a valuable employee but I believe my best quality is my appetite and aptitude for learning new things and expanding my skillset. My goal is to find a company where I can use my analytical thinking and strategic planning skills paired with my extensive business management and leadership knowledge to improve efficiency and help exceed organizational goals.
