Devon has spent 22 years as a consultant to business, public sector, nonprofit, and foundation clients. The primary focus of my work has been at the intersection of economic development and policy work always with a goal of improving the lives of low income people. I seek opportunities to utilize my experience in program evaluation, economic analysis, strategic planning, organizational design, to support my clients work toward social justice goals.
