- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their event production needs are met.- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Understand clients' objectives and requirements, and develop customized event production solutions.- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful event execution.- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and creative to deliver high-quality events.

- Review campaign dashboard daily to ensure all campaigns are delivering according to clients’ KPI goals.-Monitor day-to-day account management tactics across key accounts with an eye towards identifying growth opportunities and/or potential account issues.-Prospect and qualify new sales leads-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support- Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary- Assisting with creative decisions-Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion-Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time-Troubleshoot any A/V issues

- Operating different programs and technological equipment, such as Photoshop & Lightroom- Photographing subjects, such as events, landscapes, products, and models- Setting up the necessary lighting at their location of work or studio- Deliver final product to various sources including internal and external customers, media, graphic designers, and corporate communications.
