(Which may include, but not limited to reading and responding to emails as well as in person support. Hiring Managero Communicate with clinical staff on a weekly basis regarding new clientele start dates, insurance approvals, hours allowed per RBT and scheduling. o Communicate with our Scheduling Manager regarding changes which affect the hiring process, such as location changes, Therapist’s time and Attendance, last min changes in availability/schedule, and non-approvals due to lack of insurance.o Hire for available positions for numerous locations via Indeed and P2P portal. Training Managero Train all onboarding staff weekly.o Retrain current employees on professionalism, taking data, as well as targets and program direction.o Create training materials, and schedules for Therapists. o Follow up on individualized goals.o Create contracts for all staff including, but not limited to our employee contract and parent contract. I also created a step-by-step template on how to obtain your RBT through P2P. o Manually following up with all staff reviews and RBT’s.
