My strategic acumen enables me to diagnose and address training needs through bespoke solutions that advance organizational objectives. My responsibilities include:• Strategic Oversight and Implementation: Orchestrate the lifecycle management of professional development programs and on-demand training licenses, under an $889,000 contract. This involves overseeing every phase, from initiation to completion, while ensuring seamless coordination among a diverse array of stakeholders and over 1,000 students.• Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth as they navigate new domains within the agency. This role underscores my commitment to cultivating talent and advancing professional development.• Vendor and Program Coordination: Forge and nurture productive relationships with vendors to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal program delivery. Additionally, I streamline training schedules across team leads and supervisors to maximize program efficacy and timeliness.• Record Management and Compliance: Exercise meticulous organizational skills to maintain comprehensive records, reports, and standard operating procedures, facilitating upper management review and collaboration.
