Help Desk Support Technician
CurrentI am part of my company’s internal Technology Operations department. We are responsible for establishing, monitoring, and maintaining all information technology systems and services for almost 200 users.My primary responsibilities involve general end-user support alongside endpoint configuration. This position has also afforded me valuable Azure AD, Office 365, Intune and telecommunications administration experience. This experience with cloud-based technologies has given me a unique appreciation for their utility in the ever-expanding remote workplace.
