I've been blessed to have been exposed to a wide range of professional challenges and learning opportunities, both as an individual contributor and as a leader. My goal is to develop my own skills and further the interests of the company with which I work, along with my peers and communities.Introduced to technology as a network technician, I’ve established a solid foundation of critical thinking, troubleshooting methodology, and problem solving through a customer experience-focused lens. This has been championed in the design of my products throughout all stages in my career: field work, operations, incident management, military service, cyber security, and analytics. I have a passion for improving systems at all levels in business, development, and product management. It is my belief that communication, and therefor influence, is the greatest lacking attribute in modern data science communities, which is why I place a heavy emphasis on continuing to innovate and develop communications practices which enable data people and business people to come together and drive positive business decisions rooted in, both, informed and bold action.
