As a Regional Safety Director responsible for overseeing safety and compliance in the West Region, which includes Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona, I am committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations. My team and I work directly with our drivers as well as our warehouse employees to drive positive behavior and results that lead to a more productive and safe environment through process improvements. My background in operations management has given me valuable abilities in analytical analysis, process improvement, and execution. Although my current role is in safety and compliance, my long-term career ambition is to return to operations as an Operations Director.
