CurrentStrategic leadership of the Information Technology and Systems Management departments. Manage data operations teams responsible for reporting on enrollment and claims management systems including medical, financial and clinical analytics using SQL server (SSRS, SSIS). Manage infrastructure team responsible for systems and network administration, and IT services.Ensure a high-level of systems integrity, availability, and security, by providing an infrastructure architecture based on standards that will allow for continual planned growth and scalability.Strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation of organization-wide technical projects and solutions.Define department policies and procedures to enforce HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.Responsible for uptime and management of EHR/EMR, utilization management, and hardware systems – servers, desktops, networks, operating systems, telecommunications.Project management, including ICD-10 migration, CORE standards, infrastructure expansion and hardware end of life cycle phase-out.Manage vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, and leverage technical consultants for rapid and stable growth.Chair of the Information Technology Integration Committee and the Information Technology Security Committee.
