Responsibilities:· Assist in planning and executing nationwide promotions, book fairs, local store marketing, POS materials, and ad hoc projects.· Coordinate marketing strategies across both online and offline channels, including print media, social media, Google ads, and other digital platforms.· Track campaign effectiveness, conduct post-analysis, and report on results.· Collaborate closely with Senior Executive, Section Manager, and various internal departments (Operations, Merchandising) to align on campaign objectives and deadlines.· Liaise with external partners (media, printers, suppliers, influencers, malls, etc) to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of all advertising materials.· Work with the Graphic Team to develop high-quality promotional content, ensuring accurate distribution across physical outlets and online platforms.· Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, handle POs and invoices, and compile post-mortem reports.· Ensure the company's website and mobile app are updated regularly with relevant promotions, events, and product details.· Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing and ensure compliance with company procedures.· Continuously explore new skills, tools, and platforms to enhance both online and offline promotional strategies.· Plan and manage social media content, including boosted posts, captions, artwork, and performance analysis.
