· Read and correctly interpret Engineering Plans and technical documents to develop a breakdown of the project site specific physical elements· Preparation of detailed design packages consisting of schematics, floor plans, powering plans, rack elevations and run lists for new build and upgrade/rebuild projects· Develop project-specific installation and construction notes, bills of materials and identify associated labour tasks· Create method of procedure documents outlining installation, integration procedures and back-out plan· Submit provisioning requests for new equipment; decommissioning requests for legacy equipment· Draft power schematics and diagrams; includes theoretical AC and DC load calculations· Analyze platform traffic reports and appropriately plan to resolve congested segments· Attend meetings with clients to discuss project scope and strategies· Conduct field audits/attend on-site meetings· Input project plan and as-built information into a database
