As an HR Coordinator, I worked closely with the HR generalist as we transitioned to our new HRIS system, Workday! My role's primary function was to act as a resource to our associates as we on-boarded this new software, needless to say, I fielded the endless amount of questions that came along with it.A few other key components of this role included:- Data Validation / Report Generation- Managing our Leave of Absence process - Benefits Enrollment - Corrective Action - Verifications of Employment

My days as a Recruiting Coordinator consist of:- Coordinating the Build.com Recruiters schedules- Scheduling phone and in-person interviews- Networking with potential candidates- Operating Build.com Careers Social Media pages- Assisting the HR team in event preparation- Booking travel for employees and candidates.

- Drive sales and educate customers on what sets Build.com apart from our competitors. - Maintain rapport with potential customers and industry leading manufacturers as well as Build.com vendors.- Manage customers account/home improvement projects and provide those customers with exceptional product support before and after the sale.

- Drive sales and ensure that sales goals are being met.- Conducted interviews and orientations for all new hires and internal promotions.- Maintained a store presentation that exceeded company standards.- Operated the store Instagram profile

- Supervised a group of 12 children ages 2-5 years old.- Responsible for coordinating age appropriate curriculum and outside activities.- Maintained a safe and clean work environment allowing the children to learn and thrive.

- Hosted children's parties which entailed setting up their party decorations and ordering food and drinks for guests.- Serving food and drinks as well as cutting and serving cake to all guests.- Coordinated all games and activities for party goers including applying wristbands and distributing game tokens.
