Proactively and continuously source, recruit, interview and hire candidates within the Health Care industry.Develop and maintain candidate relationships, acting as a liaison between the hiring manager and the candidate articulating needs and maintaining communication with both.Discuss the job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policy, promotional opportunities, and other related information with applicants.Ensure positive candidate experience during recruitment process.
