• Analyzes and develops initial sketches and specifications of Technical Package, for both ladies and men’s apparel, in a timely, efficient manner maintaining ISO9100 standards.• Develops working relationships and communications of analysis, decisions, feedback, and recommendations of construction, fabrication, and garment production for quality improvements.• Work alongside the Quality Control Manager to identify concerns, investigate initiatives to reduce product costs/concerns, and help in implementation while ensuring a set quality standard is maintained.• Delegate daily work flow tasks to assistants and overlook submissions prior to dispatching Technical Packages to Buyers and Vendors. • Assists in managing merchandise samples, fit processes and production follow-ups.
