As a hobby, I have developed new products for the outdoors. This began with a new "Pop Gear" for fishing. called the "Quick Change Pop Gear." The unique part of this rig is that the blade color and size can be changed quickly without changing out the entire unit. No one else in the world has anything like this.The newest product is the "Sling Saddle." The "Sling Saddle" is attached to the waist of the user, and holds the rifle securely against the user's waist. This adds an additional margin of safety when carrying a rifle.

Management Contract with the City of Salt Lake to establish and manage low income housing at the Rio Grande Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City.Responsibilities Include:- Established a new corporation, HomeInn Rio Grande, LLC.- Negotiated a 25-year management agreement with the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency which was approved by the Salt Lake City Council. - Supervised a facility upgrade to current standards including earthquake, electrical, security, plumbing and heating. - Wrote specialized business and finance management software. My partner purchased my interest in the business. The sale was completed in 2015.

Outside sales of power quality equipment. Sales were to heavy industry where there was a heavy electrical power demand and low power factor.

Responsible to develop and manage a plan to receive Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval of a new aircraft model. The task was completed and final FAA approval received.- Overall project management including coordination of the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, marketing and sales.- In 9 months, reduced delivery time from 180 days to 30 days without an increase of manpower or manufacturing equipment while implementing ISO 9000 standards.- Responsible for compliance with Department of Commerce export regulations and international sales.- Grew Dealer Network from 7 to 38 dealers worldwide. - Wrote, reviewed and implement contracts and agreements.- Marketing plans.- Compliance with FAA Regulations.- Established an international dealer network of 38 dealers worldwide.- Set up a worldwide dealer contact database to coordinate all dealer sales contacts.- Wrote a technical 75-page dealer training manual.
