I'm the user assistance developer responsible for developing and maintaining the core and additional user assistance of the following projects:- SAP S/4HANA Utilities Integration with SAP Marketing Cloud- SAP S/4HANA Utilities Integration with SAP Commerce Cloud, Telco and Utilities Accelerator- Utilities Product Integration LayerFurthermore, I'm responsible for maintaining the core user assistance of SAP Geographical Enablement Framework. Independent of my project-specific responsibilities, I've become the substitute documentation lead of SAP Utilities and a member of the 2019 Catalyst Experience cohort.Formerly, I developed the core user assistance of the Billing Integration component of the 2.0 release of SAP Cloud for Energy.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining user assistance within AIS+, specifically, SAP CRM for Utilities and engineering quality for the SAP Energy Analysis application component of the SAP Cloud for Energy solution. This internship contributes to my professional development: • Completion of the fundamental SAP User Assistance Developer trainings • Development of the Best Practices Guide for SAP CRM for Utilities: Sales for C&I Customers • Development of the Best Practices Guide for SAP Pricing and Costing for Utilities • Creation, execution, and coordination of FIT and SAT • Connections and collaborations with industry leaders

As an independent contractor, I provided closed captions for audiovisual channels. My services were most often rendered for advertisements, lectures, films, and YouTube content. I completed all projects in accordance with Rev’s style guide, which ensured consistent accuracy, formatting, and alignment of the closed captions. This experience contributes much to my professional development, but most notably organizational agility, adaptability, and my attentiveness to standards and productivity.
