Artsy is the largest and fastest growing marketplace in the $14 billion online art market and a Series D venture-backed software company. Artsy is also the largest SaaS provider for gallerists and art dealers. As a member of the leadership team and direct report to the CRO and CMO, I built and managed a global team responsible for growth, product marketing, demand generation, brand marketing, lifecycle, and CRM for the supply side of the two-sided marketplace and our B2B SaaS business line. During my time at Artsy, I:- Led 15-person sales and marketing team through transition to fully remote work during global pandemic, improving overall team engagement scores (as measured by CultureAmp).- Grew SaaS subscribers by 66% across 100 countries, delivering a majority of new business leads through marketing-owned channels and maintaining strong CAC:LTV and CAC payback benchmarks.- Expanded digital and in-person regional marketing efforts to new markets in APAC, EMEA, and NALA.- Developed full lifecycle PQA and PQL strategy, growing top of funnel traffic and converting active users to active sellers in the marketplace, resulting in triple digit revenue growth in our Private Sales business.- Directly owned go-to-market, P&L, and sales management for new sales-led and PLG strategies, producing multiple new 7-figure revenue lines.- Led company-wide cross-functional initiatives to drive 93% product adoption of Artsy's ecommerce selling tools, establishing transactional revenue as a significant new business line.
