I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and have advised both buyers and sellers in multiple transactions. I have also obtained Louisiana state licenses in real estate related areas including home inspections, general commercial contracting, and general residential contracting.I am also an NASM certified personal trainer, a Preventive Food Controls Qualified Individual certified by LSU Ag Center, a USCG Licensed Chief Engineer, a certified CompTIA A+ IT Technician, certified in Government and Politics under Thomas Patterson - professor at Harvard University, and a certified Google Data Analyst. I enjoy working out, playing video games, reading, thinking, and learning.
