Loud Mouth Brown Girl was founded after Devon J Hall was arrested for having a panic attack on an airplane. During the arrest the white male cop called Devon a Loud Mouth Brown Bitch, and she promised she was going to brand that and make sure he never forgot her. Now Devon uses her online platform and image to promote cannabis use as a tool to deal with trauma, mental health, and issues that arise from early childhood sexual abuse.

I wrote Uncomfortable in the summer of 2020, during the beginning of the Corona Virus pandemic. I wrote the book because I had all this "stuff" inside my head and needed to get it out so that I could make room for new thoughts, ideas, and philosophies. The book is part memoir, part list of life lessons that I earned along thirty-seven years of living on this earth.
