- Provide leadership training opportunities, including creating and facilitating leadership workshops, for over 50 student organizations- Provide group or individual leadership coaching to student organization leaders and members- Develop structured processes for integrating leadership development and DEI principles into student organization operations- Lead mediation sessions and other conflict resolution engagements between student organization members- Manage and advise all student organization strategic DEI plan processes- Conduct assessments of current leadership and DEI efforts within student organizations

- Hire, train, and supervise full-time, graduate intern, and undergraduate staff- Ensure daily operation of the IdeaHub, a 12,000 sq. ft. student organization collaborative space- Develop partnerships to aid student organizations building inclusive community across campus- Oversee the creation of learning resources for over 1500 student organizations and advisors- Manage the University's Engage student organization online management system- Facilitate the student organization accountability process- Provide oversight of all logistics for annual student organization involvement fests- Oversee budget of over $150,000

- Develop and manage online training for over 4,500 student org leaders- Oversee new student organization recognition process for over 150 organizations per year- Assist in recognizing and registering over 1,500 student organizations - Facilitate marketing for departmental programs including social media, newsletters, and print- Coordinate programming related to student org affinity groups- Support involvement drop-ins, connecting students to involvement opportunities on campus- Manage two graduate student interns and four undergraduate student employees- Oversee the planning and execution of Winterfest, a two-day student org involvement fair- Conduct workshops on group dynamics for student and departmental organizations- Address student org concerns and questions
