I’m a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and health enthusiast.I began my career in the restaurant and nightlife industry for eight years working for the EMM Group among other positions. I started working with some of my restaurant customers on the side and providing specialized meal programming that complemented and perfectly balanced their regimens. Supporting my clients with their health and wellness goals was a top priority of course but saw the need to focus on mindset and positive energy as well; a huge gap I saw in the health and fitness space.Born out of my passion for quality health and wellness products and supporting disruptor brands in their mission to do so, I quickly started two companies; The DML Group, which invests in growth stage health and wellness companies and Creator & Company, a digital marketing agency helping brands partner with the right talent in the space. My team and I spearhead marketing initiatives and typically invest in some of the largest companies in the industry including Super Coffee, Assault Fitness, Whoop, Promix Nutrition, ARENA, Playbook, Cuts Clothing, Gymshark and more. Aside from my business ventures, mental and physical health is a top priority for me. With a father and a grandfather who both were professional weightlifters and entrepreneurs, I’ve been immersed in the fitness industry my whole life. I believe fitness is a tool for mental strength, which is the foundation of a healthy wellbeing.Being physically strong is one thing, but being able to be mentally strong is another ball game. My Dad was a strong man, physically. But mentally he didn't have an outlet for his uncertainties in 2008. Watching his mental battles has brought understanding to me 12 years after he took his life. I’m passionate about bringing awareness in support of others struggling with mental health.I chose to bear crawl a full marathon (26.2 miles) in 2020 in 20 hours and 48 minutes to not only set a world record but raise capital for suicide awareness and mental health.
