- Capital Project lead on EPAWSS. Solicited capital needs and worked with TACAIR toobtain funding to execute and close out projects. All projects were prioritized and chosenbased on program impact if not funded.· Program POC for escalation requests that would have otherwise impacted schedule orcost. All IT and security issues were flowed through me to coordinate with site, andbusiness area support functions for resolution.· Developed a tool to track program rental assets. Part of this effort was to purchaseoutright some of the rental equipment. About $400k of assets were purchased based offan ROI, leaving $900K to continue being rented.· Developed and implemented PMM procedures to reduce CAM input, and streamlinepresentations. Because of this, PMM presentations were able to be held internally, andexternal with the customer on the same day.· Designed and implemented a program wide training plan. This training was a SOW flowdown from USAF and required all personnel to receive program specific securitytraining.
Test Technician Iii
· Led multiple Kaizen events to fruition and with clear direction. Resulting in numerousimprovements to production, quality, and potential for defects.· Captured and documented tribal knowledge by developing repair procedures andintervals for test equipment that was previously undocumented.· Reduced equipment downtime by standardizing test cables throughout a billion dollardefense factory. This reduced repair time and ensured cross-compatibility within.· Increased productivity at multiple testing locations. Test locations required advancedcalibrations, hardware and software changes to accomplish standardization andimprovements.
