With almost a decade of experience here, I've led our team to expand our digital footprint, significantly enhancing brand awareness and follower engagement.This role began in 2015 as a quarter-time position to help build a digital marketing presence and strategy, and then grew throughout the years into a full-time opportunity by December 2022 while transitioning out of the Thirst Project / Legacy Youth Leadership roles by the end of January 2023.

My tenure at Legacy Youth Leadership was marked by developing a team of executive leaders who help students hone their skills through mentorship and altruistic activism becoming world changers. This role amplified my commitment to uplifting communities by empowering a socially conscious generation, leveraging my strategic analysis and business research skills. This organization (LYL) was born out of the leadership mentoring and educational training programs first developed through Thirst Project’s student initiatives.

Provided leadership and direction to ensure professional growth for employees and retention within the district. Effectively managed diverse and dispersed field-based workforce over multiple office locations. - Led retail operations in the Orange County, South Bay, San Fernando and Los Angeles markets, as well as all markets in Washington State and oversaw the opening of over 100 retail stores with an average of 22 direct reports. - Developed some of the most financially viable locations in the home theater business with an average store revenue of $1M+ annually.
