I am responsible for planning and implementation of services and programs to enhance recruitment, retention, development and promotion of Seneca employees within SGC. Responsibilities include: design and implementation of workshops and training to develop knowledge, skills and abilities of participants; coaching of clients in developing career plans, searching for outside training resources which meet development needs, advocating with business management to create opportunities for advancement; coaching and counseling participants on business management practices.

I collaborate within SGC and the SNI and surrounding communities to provide information on our Career Development Programs, roles and duties.

I was responsible for the overall functions of the HR Department in the areas of recruiting, conflict resolution, policy adherence & enforcement, corrective action program, performance management, drug & alcohol testing, strategic planning, employee relations, etc.
