Assist guests with my knowledge of the store's inventory when they have questions about the feel, fit, or other attribute of DSW's shoes and acessories. I explain the personalization options our company offers, then guide the customer through the personalization order form. Primary duties include scheduling tee times in person and via telephone, handling customers' retail transactions, supervising guest services staff, secretary for the manager and owners, preparing simple meals for customers, serving customers food and beverage inside and on the course via the beverage cart.
