Thanks, for visiting my profile! Here's a bit about me:MY PASSION:Bowling - the sport, the industry, the community - has been incredibly kind to me, over the years. As a player, I've been fortunate enough to compete for a National Championship team; as an operator, I've been blessed enough to lead high-caliber teams of people, producing a knack for exceeding projected revenue goals and performance expectations; and as a coach, I've been gifted the opportunity to teach and develop elite, local and regional talent. And now, I'm seeking to give back - in abundance - to the bowling and leadership communities.MY GOAL:Bowling, as in any industry, has experienced more frequent, industry-wide disruptions (organizational mergers, bowling ball technology, pinsetter machine technology, etc.) in the last twenty years, than in the century prior. Thus, the most savvy, productive leaders in our industry have adapted to navigate the balance between disruptive innovation and community cultivation. My goal is to help more leaders - in the industry - arrive at the point of balance, in our industry, handling disruptive innovation and making time for community cultivation. Relationships are preserved there, and growth is solidified there - in the 'sweet spot', if you will.HOW I CAN BE OF HELP:I am more than happy to be a dialogue partner or consultant in the following areas: Leadership, Operations and Facilities Management, Tournament Creation, Content Creation, Marketing and Campaign Management, Consulting, Talent Evaluation, Coaching, and Compensation/Benefits.I'm also very interested in serving my local community.
