ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / INDICATORS / DESCRIPTORS:Information Technologies and Management Information SystemsDemonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of information technologies and management information systemsEnsure data entry and integrity in accordance with established protocolsSupport and maintain information technology and management information system processesDemonstrate a basic ability to troubleshoot associated hardware and software componentsData Collection, Analysis and ReportingDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of data collection, data entry, data analysis, and reportingSupport and maintain a system of data entry, collection, analysis and reportingQuality Assurance Coordination and AdministrationDemonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of quality assuranceSupport and maintain a quality assurance planAssist in ensuring the organization operates in accordance with the established quality assurance planDevelop and implement measures of efficiency, effectiveness, accessibility and satisfaction in al clinical and support programsDevelop, implement and lead monthly Continuous Quality Improvement TeamMaintain knowledge of all privacy standards and requirementsAssess, develop and provide staff development training/in-service in all areas of clinical need based on review and audit of clinical recordStandards, Compliance, Licensure and AccreditationDemonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of all applicable standards, regulations, compliance, licensure and accreditation requirementsAssist in the development, implementation and maintenance of plans, policies and protocols to guide complianceAssist in ensuring the organization operates in accordance with established standards, plans, policies and protocolsProvide oversight on all privileging and clinical supervision files on all clinical staff to ensure compliance with all licensure and certif
