The Front End Lead serves as the liaison between staff and management to ensure the department is fully functional. As Front End Lead, I delegate to, motivate, train and mentor cashiers, customer service, and greeters to promote their development.

As Kitchen/Front End Manager, I keep the flow of the product moving and make sure everyone is on task. Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Working with staff to set personalized goals and priorities. Ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Managing my own time and the time of others. Further, I have to always check my email for the new flavors each month. Cashing in and out for the store, along with counting and running deposits. I also must make sure all machines, fridges/freezers, and kitchen items are cleaned/well maintained. In addition, I take inventory, making sure everything is fully stocked. I also, train new employees and chefs up to the store standard. As well as to make sure any shipments are received and to check the quantity and quality of received products. As for accomplishments, I became top chef within 2 months of working there. I also receive, what we call the golden spoon award, multiple times a month. This award is given to people who repeatedly do more than they are asked of.
