Received award for perfect score for training on Logistics Readiness Inspection• Developed publication library for entire platoon, tracking and organizing an inventory of more than 150 technical manuals on roughly 50 pieces of equipment allowing personnel to properly conduct maintenance operations• Supervised all Electro-Optics maintenance in the unit, properly documented and inducted over 75 pieces of equipment valued at approximately $3M, communicated with superiors and ensured the proper maintenance was being performed in a timely manner increasing the overall readiness of the unit
