Project and the United Planning Organization in order to become a certified IT Professional. I have previously been employed with the Office of the Chief Technology Officer as well as R. Emmanuel Bell Consulting and Training Center. I am currently under the employment of the Journey Ahead Enterprises and am seeking further opportunities to advance my career. Due to my experiences and training I can confidently claim to be well versed in matters of troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity. I am capable of installing workstations, operating systems, and software, as well as reimaging computers, and I am also knowledgeable in matters pertaining to the technical support of various office products, software, and web browsers.I have a insatiable will to learn and gain more knowledge and experience whether it be through on-the-job training or by obtaining more certifications. My current goal is to find and maintain fulltime employment where I can continue to amass the skills necessary to continue to be a world-class I.T. professional.
