• Built data dashboards for teaching staff to track real time student data and make data-based decisions. As a result, achieved a 91% graduation rate as of June. • Developed new systems for student and parent communication during distanced learning including weekly custom mail merge progress reports and classroom updates, just-in-time interventions and equity-centered-design based feedback surveys. As one result, parent participation in conferences from 8% in Fall of 2019 to over 75% by spring of 2021.• Collaborated with community partners to create and offer rigorous Real World Learning experiences for students according to regional and industry recognized standards of quality, including Client Projects, Internships, and Competency Based Credit.• Designed and implemented a trimester-based master schedule to increase student choice, teacher-planning time and reduce simultaneous course loads. • Managed, designed and implemented data integrations including SSO, SFTP for all learning systems.

• • Research, wrote and advocated for revisions to federal education policy on behalf of Latinx and ELL students.

• Led development of six PLC teams and weekly data processes.• Collaborated with local partners to establish and develop Real World Learning opportunities for students and nearly doubled elective course offerings with career aligned courses.• Established and developed grade level teams to implement Trauma Informed Practices.

• In collaboration with MindDrive, established the first cohort of daytime high school programming with 12 students. In the fall of 2021, MindDrive will serve nearly 200 students, across multiple schools. • Led the adoption of Restorative Practices to reduce suspensions.• Led the leadership team to develop and implement an instructional model of research-based strategies that dramatically increased teacher proficiency and student academic performance.• Developed master schedule and improved course-scheduling processes to increase student choice.
