As a supervisor my responsibilities are to guide workflow and set priorities for my team while staying up to date on any new software and technologies of which we may be utilizing in the near future. Additionally, I stay hands-on with my team on any tasks assigned in support of updating and maintaining all information systems that we utilize.

My responsibilities with this title include maintaining and updating client workstations as well as various servers. I have experience utilizing active directory services, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Linux as well as various proprietary end user applications. Additionally I have experience working with various Cisco 500 series switches and general networking.
