Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for a wide variety of administrative, coordination and managerial duties related to all aspects of furnished housing. This includes housing assignments; inbound/outbound housing requirements; coordinating facilities/furnishings and maintenance.Assists in the daily operations, organization, and accountability control and housekeeping functions of the Housing office.Receives and processes all work orders for company provided apartments.Performs pre-occupation checks and pre-clearing checks on all apartments, ensuring apartments are up to the standards set by the military/ KBR.
