In a relationship as complicated and multi-faceted as conference services to camps, she has found ways to streamline and accelerate processes while maintaining an easy and fun demeanor that have helped me feel like I had an ally with camps, not just a coordinator. An exceptional example of this has been her help with the reconciliation process. At the end of camps, we must meet with Conference Services, Housing, and Dining to make sure all numbers agree, and then each group must put through their charges to my overall account. Prior to Dev, these meetings would sometimes occur weeks after camp ended, and then the compiling of charges could take over a month past that. With Dev, meetings have been scheduled immediately and all charges have gone through within days. This has completely revolutionized my timeline for paying camp employees and is directly due to Dev's willingness to improve a process and push items forward. Many elements of our camp have evolved during and often thanks to Dev's efforts, efficiency, and creativity. In an endlessly complicated job, Dev has been friendly, enthusiastic, and effective. I am very thankful to have had her as a Conference Coordinator and have the utmost trust in her ability to balance business needs with client desires.
