I started as a Marketing Assistant at BenCham Shanghai. Later on I got the chance to replace the Marketing Manager during her maternity leave. With the position of Marketing Executive I got more assignments and a lot more responsibilities for the different projects. - Coordination of communications projects with sponsors, members, Board and team for the development and production of BenCham and event promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.- Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, presentations and monthly newsletter.- Local key contact person for foreign and domestic press.- Coordination of membership administration, invoicing and payment follow up.- Assist in developing new revenue sources through events, sponsorships, training and execution of new ideas.- Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to BenCham guidelines.- Designing all communication materials such as flyers, banners, handouts, certificates, PPT's- Database Management, supervising and enlargement of database as well as to maintain and update CRM system.- Co-organizing of the annual Best of BenCham Award Ceremony- Coordination of the monthly newsletter and weekly event update mailing.
