It is solving an issue and finding a solution, no matter what. Adversity is managing yourself as well as you can manage others, even on the hard days. Adversity is finding ways to bring groups together to accomplish a common goal, CONSISTENTLY. These are some values I picked up during my time at Starbucks and that's why I'm now a Business Information Technology Student at YearUp.In my future as a project manager, I aspire to apply all the things I'm learning about my strengths and so much more. I have a passion to lead with confidence and compassion. I strive to motivate and promote others in the workplace as well. As my career progresses, I plan to learn more, grow more, and know more.
