A.R. Associate is an Analyst performs account review and claims follow-up on outstanding accounts. Analyst is responsible for resubmitting claims, contacting insurance companies, analyzing remittances and taking appropriate action on rejections and denials.Operational Responsibilities :Reviewing patient ledgers with outstanding charges and taking the next best action for follow up to collect balances.Verifying insurance eligibility and updating patient accounts based on client-specific SOPsPerforming work with exceptionally high quality. Meeting or exceeding target quality levels.Calling insurance companies to investigate claims status, identify appeals action and taking next best action to resolve accounts.Aiding Team members whenever required. Committed towards work as a member of a team to meet and exceed client-specific SLAs.
