- Monitoring and Coordination in formation of new milk collection unit at village level.- Formation of BMCs, and MPIs.- Monitoring of quality of milk procured with the knowledge of Adulteration test, Quality test at field as well as MCC level. - Training and capacity building programs for the farmers.- Overall management of Clean Milk Procurement - Documentation of learning and training materials.

Did an Village Fieldwork Segment at Care India Solutions for Sustainable Development, at Village Thanava, District:Bharuch, Gujarat. Undertook an Exploratory Study of Village using different PRA tools, worked empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalized communities leading to improvement in their lives and livelihoods, Conducted SHG Audit(using KoBO), closely worked in VO formation under NRLM.Research Work: Conducted a research on “Why is there High School Drop out rate of Village Thavana?",and presented a Theme Paper to IRMA. Used Tools like FGDs, SPSS, NVIVO,etc for Data analysis.Submitted an RURAL ACTION COMPONENT to CARE NGO on the topic : Sustainable Dairy Farm Business Model'

- Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination in all Livelihood activities with special reference to agriculture and allied activities.- Convergence and Supply chain management.- District Nodal Officer for Mission Antyodaya:Gram Samridhi Evam Swachata Pakhwada, Rurban Mission.- To educate farmers on general agricultural and allied practices which mainly include, Mushroom cultivation, Little ivy guard cultivation, SRI method, using right quality of seeds, and promoting organic farming.- Promoting of Non-farm activities.- Building strategy for SHGs and Producer Group in producing different Value-added food products and their qualitative packaging, branding and marketing.- Maintenance of CFCs and FLCs for strengthening socio-economic standards of the society. - Project Documentation and case studies for World Bank convergence activities at Ganjam, Odisha.
